Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
